 何9:1 以色列阿、不要像外邦人歡喜快樂、因為你行邪淫離棄你的　神、在各榖場上如妓女喜愛賞賜。
  Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, as other people: for thou hast gone a whoring from thy God, thou hast loved a reward upon every cornfloor.
 何9:2 榖場和酒醡、都不彀以色列人使用、新酒也必缺乏。
  The floor and the winepress shall not feed them, and the new wine shall fail in her.
 何9:3 他們必不得住耶和華的地、以法蓮卻要歸回埃及、必在亞述喫不潔淨的食物。
  They shall not dwell in the Lord's land; but Ephraim shall return to Egypt, and they shall eat unclean things in Assyria.
 何9:4 他們必不得向耶和華奠酒、即便奠酒、也不蒙悅納．他們的祭物、必如居喪者的食物、凡喫的必被玷污、因他們的食物、只為自己的口腹、必不奉入耶和華的殿。
  They shall not offer wine offerings to the Lord, neither shall they be pleasing unto him: their sacrifices shall be unto them as the bread of mourners; all that eat thereof shall be polluted: for their bread for their soul shall not come into the house of the Lord.
 何9:5 在大會的日子、到耶和華的節期、你們怎樣行呢。
  What will ye do in the solemn day, and in the day of the feast of the Lord?
 何9:6 看哪、他們逃避災難、埃及人必收殮他們的屍首、摩弗人必葬埋他們的骸骨．他們用銀子作的美物上必長蒺藜．他們的帳棚中必生荊棘。
  For, lo, they are gone because of destruction: Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them: the pleasant places for their silver, nettles shall possess them: thorns shall be in their tabernacles.
 何9:7 以色列人必知道降罰的日子臨近、報應的時候來到．（民說、作先知的是愚昧、受靈感的是狂妄．）皆因他們多多作孽、大懷怨恨。
  The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred.
 何9:8 以法蓮曾作我　神守望的、至於先知、在他一切的道上作為捕鳥人的網羅、在他　神的家中懷怨恨。
  The watchman of Ephraim was with my God: but the prophet is a snare of a fowler in all his ways, and hatred in the house of his God.
 何9:9 以法蓮深深地敗壞、如在基比亞的日子一樣．耶和華必記念他們的罪孽、追討他們的罪惡。
  They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: therefore he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.
 何9:10 主說、我遇見以色列如葡萄在曠野、我看見你們的列祖如無花果樹上春季初熟的果子．他們卻來到巴力毘珥專拜那可羞恥的、就成為可憎惡的、與他們所愛的一樣。
  I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time: but they went to Baal-peor, and separated themselves unto that shame; and their abominations were according as they loved.
 何9:11 至於以法蓮人、他們的榮耀必如鳥飛去、必不生產、不懷胎、不成孕。
  As for Ephraim, their glory shall fly away like a bird, from the birth, and from the womb, and from the conception.
 何9:12 縱然養大兒女、我卻必使他們喪子、甚至不留一個．我離棄他們、他們就有禍了。
  Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there shall not be a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!
 何9:13 我看以法蓮如推羅栽於美地．以法蓮卻要將自己的兒女帶出來、交與行殺戮的人。
  Ephraim, as I saw Tyrus, is planted in a pleasant place: but Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer.
 何9:14 耶和華阿、求你加給他們加甚麼呢、要使他們胎墜乳乾。
  Give them, O Lord: what wilt thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.
 何9:15 耶和華說、他們一切的惡事都在吉甲、我在那裡憎惡他們、因他們所行的惡、我必從我地上趕出他們去、不再憐愛他們．他們的首領都是悖逆的。
  All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.
 何9:16 以法蓮受責罰、根本枯乾、必不能結果、即或生產、我必殺他們所生的愛子。
  Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb.
 何9:17 我的　神必棄絕他們、因為他們不聽從他．他們也必飄流在列國中。
  My God will cast them away, because they did not hearken unto him: and they shall be wanderers among the nations.
